Care Plus (Midlands) Limited is  a Leicestershire based Domiciliary and Residential  Care Agency registered with the Care Quality Commission,  specialising in 24 hour Care, with an emergency on-call around the clock service, manned by one of the Care Plus Managers.

Care plus are on the approved supplier list of many Local authority's procurement teams where we offer them a one stop shop for all of there recruitment requirements. 

Here at Care Plus we pride ourselves on our flexibility and personal service to all our Clients, Service users and Support Workers. Our rates are extremely competitive, but by keeping our operating costs to the minimum, we can pay our Support Workers above industry leading rates, This enables us to attract the most qualified staff and provide a superior level of service.

Our Management Team and board of Directors have over 30 years experience in supervisory and management positions within the Care, recruitment & Training sectors, Equally important, we also have personal experience with family members recieving 24 hour Live-in care and therefore understand that sometimes complex process of obtaining funding, and providing the best possible quality of life for a loved one.

Whether the need is for a high level of assistance in maintaining a good quality of life, or more of a companionship role, we understand the importance of both to our clients and Service users.

While offering the level of personal care best suited to your needs, our purpose is to give all our clients and Service users the service and understanding that we would like to receive should the need arise.

Our goal at Care Plus is to enable our Service users to retain their independence in their own homes and surroundings, supported by competent and caring  Support workers.

The Care Plus office is open from 08.30am - 5pm Monday -Friday.
